Smartcare Dentals is a registered dental care service organisation located in Nairobi CBD and Kimende. It was founded with the aim of providing 'best-in-class' affordable, high standard dental services to patients. It has gained a niche in the provision of quality dental services that provide premier patient experience.
At Smartcare Dentals we believe that attending to our patients' dental needs enables them to better their smiles and hence our customer value proposition statement 'For healthier brighter smiles.' Our highly trained and courteous dentists, dental assistants, administrative and auxiliary staff strive to make every patient's experience at Smartcare as pleasant as possible.
Almost every Kenyan turns to a local clinic for dental care needs. Though there are many, even informal, clinics that offer affordable consultation and dental services, most of them have unprofessional dental practitioners and some don't even have the required dental equipment. This really denies people the chance to get the utmost professional dental care that they deserve.
This was the case in Limuru seven years ago, where people would travel from as far as Kimende to get general medical services as well as dental services all under one roof. It seemed like a real hassle, and in pursuit of making a difference, reducing the travelling hassle for people and changing their lives by offering quality professional dental services at an affordable rate, Smartcare Dentals was established in 2018. This was to bridge the distance gap in seeking dental care as well as provide affordable, quality dental services to all.
Just like in every start-up venture, challenges were inevitable, and Smartcare Dentals was no exception. However, with resilience and passion to provide the best dental care services, it defeated all odds, stood the test of time, and extended as far as Kagwe, and now sits at the heart of the city in Nairobi CBD.
